I was really in the 6-cell Dell Latitude E6400 battery, was disappointed with my Inspiron 1525. It was not a good life, even if it was new, and after less than a year I could not be sustained on him as long as half an hour after! So when it comes to choosing between the same battery was at $ 135 or the 9-cell version for only $ 20 more, it was obvious. Now I get about 2 hours endurance (much better but still not the 4 hours that everyone (not just Dell claims). I just hope it lasts longer than one year.
When I first bought my DELL Latitude D630 battery, it would hold up to 9 + hours without you connected to the adapter. But 13 months after purchase, it’s just died overnight, without warning. The battery reads “connected, not charging” – Great! So while it works it’s great, but do not expect that to be a long time. With such terrible durability, I can not help but this product is over priced.
This Dell Inspiron 1545 battery was exactly what I needed. Save on power, it gives me up to 7-8 hours of work without a fee!
The only problem I had, it was Dell took what seemed like an eternity to get it to me. I wonder if they build on the batteries, as they had the PC’s to do!
